With a wide portfolio of innovation work, Mitch has assisted communities, colleges, architecture firms, law firms, and more to build workplaces where innovation occurs consistently. As an international speaker, Mitch challenges audiences to merge both science and art while contemplating the area of innovation.

Ben has a wide range of experience, and has recently spent his professional life in community development and non-profit advancement efforts. In his writing, speaking engagements, and in his work as an Instructor for Imago, Ben ventures to grow healthy organizations through the nurturing of the people. He is perpetually fascinated by the unknowability of what it means to be human and to live a meaningful life. Ben is a life-long student of Creativity, Theology, and human nature; he is increasingly convinced that creativity and innovation are not just necessary for the marketplace, but they are intrinsically part of how humanity flourishes.
